How much does the delivery to my country cost?
Nothing, at least not for you. We wish to thank our customers by offering complementary delivery.
How secure is the delivery?
All our shipments are insured. We are working together with delivery companies specialised in high value transportation.
We kindly ask you to ensure your presence at the reception of your sealed package. For insurance purposes, you are required to sign the delivery papers in person and we strongly advise you to verify that the package is still sealed before you sign.
Please be informed that the safety seal is very strong and can only be opened with an adequate scissors or tongue. This process might involve efforts for some but we can ensure you that, what will expect you then, will be only brilliant.
In what packaging can I expect my order?
We have spent a lot of attention in our OnlyJewels delivery boxes. Our aim was to create a fine trinket box that you wish to keep and enjoy almost as much as your new jewel. Our jewel boxes come in 3 colours. We will carefully choose the colour most fitting to your jewel. If you have a special wish please send us an email right after your order was placed.
Can I change my order?
Small changes of your order are possible after placing an order within 48 hours of purchase.
Changing of the delivery address might be limited as well as updating sizes.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancelling of an order can be done until the items is shipped.

When will I receive my order?
Shipping inside the EU normally takes 5 to 10 days for in stock items.
As soon as your item is sent to us by the designer, we examine and control its quality and then proceed to shipping it to you. Read more

When will I receive my refund?
If you return your order you will receive your refund within 30 days. Generally, the refund will be executed faster. Read more about our return and refund
Why did I not get the full costs refunded?
We offer complementary shipping. That means that we do not charge extra for it and that you only pay the value of the jewel. However, if you choose to return your order we cannot pay for it. I hope you understand. Read more about our return and refund

You can unsubscribe via any newsletter sent. In the footer of the mail you will find the link “unsubscribe” that you just need to follow. Your subscription will be cancelled automatically.

What is a preorder/made to measure order and how does it work?
A preordered item usually concerns rings or bracelets. Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces we can only offer a limited size selection in stock. If you are interested in a size that is not in stock we can offer our made to measure service. After inquiring about costs and production delay with the designer the customer informs us if she/he is interested in placing the order. Prices might vary according to additional gold and gemstones. After receiving the payment, the manufacturing of the jewel will start.
Please keep in mind that even though made to measure cannot be returned, a slight size readjustment for a better size fit is free of charge. For this service contact us at care@onlyjewels.com
What is a special request /custom made order and how does it work?
If your dream item is not in stock, we will make it our mission to find it for you. We will contact the designer to see if she/he can manufacture a design as you wish or we will go beyond browsing our collection to find what you are missing. For this service contact us at care@onlyjewels.com
I am unsure about my size, what can I do?
If you want to be sure to order the right size you will find here a very handy size guide. You may also request a ring sizer to be sent to your address. If you would like our guidance for your perfect fit we would love to offer our experience via our chat on the bottom right[icon], phone call +32 xxxx, or mail care@onlyjewels.com .
Don’t worry, if the ring does not fit perfectly, a slight size adjustment is always possible and you will not be charged more for it.
What is the resell or investment value of your pieces?
The value of a piece purchased is something we cannot predict. It will be defined by the state of the jewel, material and stones used and their market value, brand recognition and many more aspects. We can ensure you that the designers we collaborate with are using high quality materials and following EU legislation.
Do you offer engraving?

Are your jewels and gems conflict free and according to legislation?
Yes. All our designers and our self are only working with companies committed to the Kimberly process Add Link and have to pass an anti-money laundry process.

We offer sellers the possibilities of offering their vintage jewels on OnlyJewels vintage. The minimum amount per seller is 1 piece. Please keep in mind that a deep check will be made by our quality team before getting your vintage pieces online.

Are the jewels sold on OnlyJewels authentic?
All items purchased through Only Jewels are 100% authentic. All are items are running a double quality control. Before shipment they will be thoroughly checked by the designer brand itself and a second time by our OnlyJewels quality team. If you purchase an OnlyJewels vintage item, you can rely on the description of the jewel. Our OnlyJewels Vintage pieces are checked by our quality team upon sending.
