Adjustments – If an adjustment on your jewel is needed our team will happily organise the necessary work. Adjusting a jewel is possible most of the time depending on the design of the jewel and usually only takes a short amount of time. When the design of a jewel is more complex, we will either exchange it for the better size if we have it in stock or contact the designer of the jewel to discuss the best course of action.

Made To Measure – We offer our clients the possibility to create their very own jewel with a free resizing service to achieve a perfect fit.

Care Service – Any jewellery item bought on Only Jewels.com will be cleaned for free in any one of our locations.

Special Requests – If your dream item is not in stock, we will make it our mission to find it for you.

Locations – You are welcome to visit us in our Antwerp Office, located in the diamond district of the brilliant city as well as in beautiful Paris, in the sophisticated boutique Galeries du Diamant, the very first HRD Centre of Excellence.

Experts & Languages – Our experts are available by online chat, by phone and of course in-person in our locations to advise and guide our clients if they wish so. We speak French, English, German, Dutch and Chinese.
